When looking for a career, I knew I wanted something dynamic that would challenge me to learn and grow even after my schooling ended. I chose to become a sonographer because it has the added benefit of helping people during the times that matter most. When a patient comes in for an ultrasound, we are there for a moment that may change their lives. It is important to me to provide the best possible care and experiences possible in these critical moments. Everyone deserves someone on their medical team who understands their situation and pushes themselves to give the best diagnostic exam that they can, and I strive to be that person for as many patients as I can.
