What are Your Rates?
Upon request, we will provide an estimate of the anticipated care charges. Please do not hesitate to ask for information.
Do you provide a paid in full discount?
For cash paying patients, a 30% discount will be applied if services are paid in full at the time of service.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
Yes, as a courtesy we bill most commercial insurance companies directly, however it is your responsibility to verify your coverage. Co-pays and deductibles are due at the time of exam.
Do you accept Medicare and Medicaid?
We do accept Medicare and Medicaid. Please provide the front desk a copy of your current medicare or medicaid card.
Do you accept Tricare?
Yes, we do.
What is the cost of my exam?
Please call the office directly, we are happy to provide you the cost of your exam.
Is a referral required to schedule an ultrasound?
Yes, we preform diagnostic sonograms and require a referral from your health care provider for all our appointments.
